TalentNeuron announced new agentic AI features for its workforce-decision assistant Synapse on October 14, saying the tools were available to customers.
The company says Synapse can coordinate specialist agents covering hiring, compensation, labor-market trends, competitors, locations and employer brand. The agents conduct multi-step analysis, with a master agent combining their outputs into a presentation or research report.
Users can review filters and role matches in a planning mode before analysis begins. Synapse can also ask follow-up questions, use uploaded files and add web context separately from TalentNeuron’s labor-market data.
TalentNeuron says findings identify their data sources and the agents that produced them. The system is designed to analyze factors including labor availability, skills, cost and location—inputs relevant to workforce-planning decisions.
