Paychex’s SixFifty has launched an agentic HR compliance specialist that can answer employment-law questions and perform multi-step compliance tasks, the company announced Oct. 13.
The tool can draft or update employee handbooks and policies, distribute labor-law posters and new-hire notices, provision required training, and track employee acknowledgments. SixFifty’s standalone customers and trial users could access it at launch.
Paychex said advanced capabilities would be made available through Paychex Flex and Paycor integrations later in the fiscal year. The launch is SixFifty’s first major product update since Paychex acquired the company, according to LawSites.
Paychex said SixFifty tracked more than 440 employment-law changes across nearly 130 federal, state and local jurisdictions in the preceding year. The company’s claims about legal coverage and performance have not been independently verified in the available reporting.
For HR teams, the announced workflow could bring policy updates, required notices and employee acknowledgments into a single process. The company has not said that the tool replaces legal review.
